Kp/barback for Small, Independent Wine Merchant/bar

We are are small, family-run, independent wine merchant in Steyning. We operate a Counter space where we serve wines by the glass and bottle, and a short menu of cheeses, charcuterie and other food items.

This role is for 10 hours per week, 4:00pm-9:00pm on Fridays & Saturdays.

We are seeking an individual to assist in the running of the Counter operation. Main duties include:

- Clearing, cleaning and polishing of glassware and crockery
- Maintaining a clean workspace
- Clearing and relaying of place settings
- Replenishment of sundries and equipment for service
- Maintaining a tidy waiters station & kitchen prep area
