The successful applicant will be an outstanding classroom teacher with a commitment to continual improvement of themselves and the school. They will also understand the huge difference that an outstanding EYFS can have on a child and their outcomes in later life.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps in middle leadership. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work alongside other middle leaders and develop within a supportive environment.
