**CARETAKER IN HAYES**

We are looking for someone hardworking and proactive, to be a part of the Pinewoods Team

**Hours**:

- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 8am-1pm
- 15 Hours Per Week
- IMMEDIATE START

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide general maintenance support
- Report defects / incidents
- Daily litter pick and patrols
- Taking out large refuse containers
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance
- Ensure all footpaths and communal areas are kept clean and swept.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a caretaker position (preferred)
- Confident and polite communicator
- Excellent customer service

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

- Day shift
