**Main Purpose of the Role**:
Responsible for the overall management of BidConnecter operations, submissions, and business growth. To identify, monitor and track KPI’s; to set targets and complete reviews and development for managers; to produce reports and provide updates to the directorson departmental delivery; to liaise with key delivery partners, energy companies and the wider supply chain; to support our external HR function; to be responsible for day to day business administration and budgets; to support the development of our partnernetwork, enhance our supply chain, and work with the directors to develop a marketing and business growth strategy.
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collate and maintain compliant records in accordance the Control of Non-Conformances, Corrective and Preventative Actions procedure.
- Provide a series of performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly for the directors.
- Managing and setting budgets.
- To be responsible for their actions regarding the health and safety of themselves and other employees with responsibility for those directly involved with the activities of the jobholder. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the policies and proceduresof BidConnecter Limited.
- Co-operate and co-ordinate work tasks with other contractors, workers, and others
- To complete all necessary works process documentation accurately and legibly, and to ensure correct completion.
- Understand the Green Deal Code of Practice and the Ofgem ECO Guidelines.
- Handling enquiries from customers, installers, assessors, and energy suppliers.
- Adhere to the Data Protection Act. Ensuring sensitive material is disposed of in the correct manner, and confidential information is not relayed to anyone not need of the information.
- Being the escalation point for customer complaints.
- Supporting the directors with the strategic objectives of the business.
- Managing department heads, completing reviews, setting targets, objectives and KPI’s, providing a developmental framework for personal growth.
- Supporting the preparation of bids and tenders.
- Understanding each work function and making improvements in processes to reduce cost and overhead and support business growth.
- Representing the business in face to face and remote meetings.
- Deputising for the directors in their absence.
- Overseeing the company accreditations and management system.

- A Self-motivated Robust and pro-active character.
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised but also capable of working well within a team. Competent in a range of data management systems, including Microsoft office suite and Google cloud documents.

**Skills, Knowledge, Experience**:
Experience and knowledge of the construction/building industry.
Knowledge of building services/fabrics/renewables/microgeneration and construction.
Knowledge of the energy efficiency of buildings and related standards and legislation.
Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written.
Good IT skills, including all Microsoft Office / Google aps.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks.
Ability to assess, analyse and interpret data and information.
Ability to interpret and understand technical and legal documents.
An understanding of the Data Protection Act and principles of confidentiality.
Knowledge of government energy policies and programmes.
