We are currently recruiting for a Property Services Customer Service Advisor to work within a well established Retirement Living provider based at their office in Oldham, OL8.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a strong Customer Service background to take their first steps into the Housing sector to work within the Rent Account Management team of a nationwide Retirement Living provider.

- Confident dealing with clients over the phone

You do not have to come from a Housing or Rent related background as full training will be provided, as long as you have a can do attitude and a willingness to learn we are looking for you

Once trained, duties will include but will not limited too;
- Respond efficiently and effectively to telephone enquiries, correspondence and personal callers on matters relating to Housing Services and Customer care.
- Accurately inputs information and data on to database system
- Pro-actively manage customer rent accounts
- Support with negotiating payment plans with customers and setting payment methods
- Monitoring arrears, credits, processing direct debits and refunds and escalates higher level arrears to the Neighbourhood Service Team.

This is an office based role, no hybrid/ remote work initially

Pay rate; £16.36ph PAYE

Hours; Monday to Friday 9am
- 5pm

This is a temp on going role to start ASAP covering maternity leave between 4- 6 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £16.36 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
