We are looking for an **ECO Administrator **to join the Thermatic Homes team.
Thermatic Homes is passionate about creating, sustainable, and more efficient homes across the social housing sector.
The role of ECO Administrator supports our efforts by handling incoming customer communications, resolving customer queries, and collating all submission evidence and pictures for our ECO work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is confident and professional over the phone and is looking to take on a role that highlights those characteristics.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with different customers and departments within the business. You will have great time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills and you'll also be confident with operating MS Office package and quick to learn new computer-based systems.

**Hours & Location of Work**:
- Main location - Thermatic Head Office based in Salford. Opportunities to work remotely will be available.
- Regular hours of work - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - 40 hour working week
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:
**Essential**:
- Experience in a customer service or ECO administration role
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with job logging / CRM software such as JobLogic, InstallR, or similar
- Proficient with Microsoft Office package
**Desirable**:
- Experience with or an understanding of ECO schemes and government funding for energy efficiency in residential premises
- Familiarity with sales reports and records
- Extensive customer service or administration experience
**Responsibilities include**:
- Ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and activities are carried out in a timely manner, resolving any arising issues, and preventing delays in services.
- Handling customer information in a professional and confidential manner.
- Checking and collating all picture evidence into our job files ready to be checked by the submissions manager
- Assisting sales and installation teams with administrative tasks as required.
