An **Administrator** is required to join a Manufacturing company in the Dudley area. A full-time office-based vacancy.

Duties of this Administrator role include;
- Sales order processing & end-to-end order management
- Producing job cards and delivery notes
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Raising invoices, account reconciliation and chasing overdue payments
- Liaising with production to ensure orders are processed on time and notify customers of any delays
- Daily use of Excel to monitor stock

Ideally you will have;
- Good administration experience preferably within manufacturing/engineering environments
- Strong organisation skills
- Basic accounts knowledge
- Experience using an MRP system

Based in their offices on an industrial park outside of Dudley centre, hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, with an early finish on Fridays. Paying 10.82p/h on a temp-to-perm basis, after 13 weeks with the agency you will be eligible for a permanent contract.
