**Customer Support Officer**
We are looking for a customer support officer to undertake a variety of day-to-day customer order processing and order dispatch tasks at our offices near Aston Rowant.
**Salary**:
- £23,000 - £24,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
**Job Type**:
- Full-time. Flexible working. 40 hours a week Mon-Fri.
**Desirable Experience**:
Computer literacy, including an understanding of Microsoft Outlook. Any prior administrative or shipping/dispatch experience would be an advantage. Experience of Sage software would be an advantage.

**The Role**:
In this role, you will report to the Proficiency & Global Supply Manager, and will be expected complete a variety of administration and packing tasks as part of your day -to-day activities, these tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry of new customer orders/quotations/ invoices onto our Sage and CRM database.
- Updating our internal databases with new or amended customer account information.
- Dispatching customer orders with the necessary shipment paperwork - E.g., creating customs declarations, AWBS, certificates of origin, FDA declarations.
- Preparing pallets of goods for large customer orders.
- Answering the phone for customer enquiries.
- Posting completed invoices to the account’s ledger.
- Processing credit card payments.
- Attending an in-house sensory panel for beverage/product testing
