Live-in Houseman

**Suffolk**, **Salary circa £35,000pa**:

Our client seeks an experienced and self-motivated Houseman to assist at their property in the stunning Suffolk countryside. The Estate is around 5000 acres and gardens covering 14 acres.
Accommodation will be provided and there are a couple of options available that can be discussed at the interview stage. Partners will certainly be considered. Bills are included and there is WIFI.
The Estate is open to the public from Easter through to October with private functions being held during the winter months.
The role is around 40 hours per week, 5 days a week and occasional weekend work is required if there is an event.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Light DIY
- Polishing floors
- Power hosing
- Stacking and moving furniture
- Occasional school runs
- Setting alarms
- Car care
- Looking after household inventories
- Stocking firewood
- Liaising with gardeners and housekeepers
- Assisting with the family dogs/aviaries
- Assisting with drinks/luggage when entertaining

Salary on offer in the region of £35,000pa.
