**Overview**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Copyedit/proof ranking guides to improve grammar and rectify spelling and ensure layout is correct
- Proof reading editorial to improve grammar and rectify spelling mistakes or abbreviations
- Proof reading editorial to ensure that house style is applied and firm and lawyer names appear correctly
- Copyedit articles to ensure grammar and spelling is correct and house style applied to content written by lawyers
- the proofing team also provide support to Global Practice Guides

**Skills and Experience**
- Experienced proof reader or copy editor
- Familiarity with Word

**Person Specification**
- Good attention to detail
- Strong written English
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Flexible, organised, willing to be work as part of a team
