**Position**:Support Worker
**Location**:Witney, Carterton, Chipping Norton and Wantage - Outreach Service
**Salary**: £20,803.86 plus geographical allowance of £1,051.00, total of £21,854.86 per annum (with the potential to earn Sleep-in supplements)
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Sun which will include working days, evenings, alternate weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins)

Advance is looking for Support Workers in Oxfordshire to support customers with Learning Disabilities/ Autism/ Complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. This advert is for outreach locations, this will require traveling to any of the following locations Witney, Carterton, Chipping Norton and Wantage. You will need to have your own form of transport or able to get public transport to supper these locations. Milage will be paid for at 0.45p per mile.

Day to Day activities:
- Medication administration
- Support to attend medical appointments
- Support to maintain home environment: cleaning tasks/laundry
- Support with the preparation and cooking of meals.
- Support with independent living skills
- Support with shopping
- Support to access community/activities
You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with Autism or learning disabilities.
Whether you want to work a few hours a week, or full-time, if you think a Support Worker role sounds right for you, you will need to be:
- Flexible to work on a rolling rota.
- Good at working on your own and within a team
- Excellent at communicating with people.
- Able to complete good quality support records.
- You will be able to work weekends.
- You must be able to offer sleep ins
