Mortgage Broker

Mortgage Decisions is a progressive and impressive financial services company and we are recruiting for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor. The company prides itself on staff who are self-motivated, forward-thinking and driven.

Due to expansion we are recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage and protection Broker to join our established financial services team. You will be responsible for providing mortgage and associated protection advice to clients in the Southampton area.

We will provide you with qualified leads and administration and progression is taken care of via our in house admin team to leave you time to speak with your clients.
- Be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience within an advisory role
- Have a track record in achieving targets, selling, generation, development and retention of mortgage business
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be resilient, positive and friendly
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have a Full UK driving licence
- Be up to date and have proven expertise in mortgage and protection markets and FCA standards

The role is working within our Mortgage Hub in Chandlers ford or within one of our 9 branches and hours are Monday to Friday.

Salary package is DOE but competitive and ranges from 40-65k.
