We are currently seeking a team of Complex Care Support Workers, to work with our client living in their own home in Westcliff-on-Sea, along with her parents and two tortoises.

Our client is a 36 year old non-verbal female with a hypoxic brain injury, epilepsy and fitted PEG feed.

At present, we have a variety of shifts available. Your role as a Support Worker during a day shift would be to assist with the clients day time routine, provide full personal care and administer medication.

**Shift requirements**

There will be no allocated days to start, the rota will be issued dependent on the teams availability. Therefore, flexibility, including weekend availability, is essential.

The day shift will begin at 08.00am and finish at 20.00pm.

All shifts are 2:1.

**Requirements**:

- Previous paid care experience of 3 months full time, caring for clients with complex needs within the UK including PEG feeding experience and epilepsy awareness.
- Someone who is flexible and able to offer availability with short notice including weekend shifts.
- Holds a full UK drivers licence and willing to driver the clients adapted vehicle.
