**Bookings Coordinator - Administrator**

Turnaround Property Management is a property management business located in Wadebridge and manages over 100 holiday homes across Cornwall. We are a growing, fast-paced, friendly, and collaborative group of people. We are looking for a Bookings Coordinator/Administrator to join our team.

This position is partly to cover some maternity cover for 12 months with an additional fixed contract for 2/3 days a weeks making this position full time for this period. We imagine this role will naturally develop after the maternity cover period expires.

You will also be required to work 2 days a week in our shop in Bodmin High Street and for the sister company The Cornish Holiday Company, with some Saturday cover during the peak seasons.

This role may suit two individuals or one full time applicant.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of office administration procedures and basic office equipment (i.e., printers, copiers, computers)
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with other team members

Start Date late September.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
