**The Opportunity**:
Finatal are retained on a search for a Corporate Finance Manager for a leading commercial security services provider specialising in securing vulnerable properties or assets. The business sold to new private equity investors in July 2021 and is continuingto invest in capital assets and new acquisitions as it continues its buy-and-build programme.

The Corporate Finance manager will report to the CFO to support the acquisition process and enable accelerated corporate development. The role interfaces with the board, particularly the CEO and Group Commercial Director, and with the group finance teamand business units in the UK and France.

**The Role**
- Assessment and financial analysis of acquisition targets
- Involvement in negotiations and management meetings with target companies
- Management of acquisition process including liaison with due diligence providers
- Management of financial models of group - 3-year plans etc - for strategic and financial planning e.g. Funding and hedging strategy
- Analysis and reporting of performance of the group for presentation to investors and potential investors
- Support to CFO on group improvement projects and reporting of performance.

**Key Requirements**
- ACA/ ACCA Qualified
- Commercial focus - ability to make commercial assessment and evaluation of targets
- Team player and communicator - can build relationships with both financial and non-financial people at all levels, including dealing with vendors of targets
- Experienced in acquisition evaluation, due diligence process, and integration support.
- Experienced at building financial models.
- Hands on, organised, efficient. Able to work accurately at pace
- Pro-active self-starter. Can identify and manage own priorities
