The Kirklees Intensive Home-Based Treatment Kirklees Intensive Home Based Treatment Team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our existing team as a Band 5 mental health professional.
We will provide you with the support to progress into a Band 6 post within the team, through a career and competency framework developed within our Trust.
Progression from Band 5 to Band 6 will not happen automatically or be awarded solely on a time served basis. It will be determined based on practice evidence that the individual is working at a Band 6 standard, according to clearly defined core competencies in the development framework.
