**What you’ll be doing as a receptionsit & host ;**
- Welcoming hotel guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Completing the check-in and check-out process in a timely and professional manner
- Sharing relevant details and following up to ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable stay
- Making reservations or transport arrangements as needed
- Working effectively with other departments to ensure guest comfort and convenience
- Responding to guest requests and queries
- Seating pub and restaurant guests
- Handling general enquirires for the wider business
