To work as part of a team, and on own initiative,

About "The Role" **- Bar Manager**
- To manage the Bar staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote his/her time to running an event
- To assist with Rotaring and staffing issues
- To oversee the welcome drinks and canape service
- To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event
- To ensure smooth running of food and canape service
- To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all service duties along with monthly deep cleans
- In the absence of the food and beverage manager, complete a monthly stock take on 1st of every month and ensure the completed spreadsheet is sent to the Venue Manager
