**Job Purpose**:
To identify, implement and roll-out changes to the Indigo Salesforce System in line with business needs. To perform everyday administration of the system and ensure that our organisation capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce system, including creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Maintaining and building custom reports and dashboards for all user groups.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Data imports
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.

Create and Manage Changes to the System
- Proactively seek out and identify required system changes and improvements.
- Proactively gather feedback from users.
- Manage system changes without interruption to the user.
- Work with the Salesforce Programme Owner and Salesforce Administration and Risk Lead to gather and document new requirements from end users and work to prioritise these.
- Manage the change control process and ensure all flows, processes and requirements are thoroughly documented in the system for future reference.
- Develop solution and process documentation and field maps.
- Ensure the system is always future-proofed for upgrades to both the base Salesforce product and the Field Service App.
- Keep up-to-date with new functionality and apps offering additional features, assessing whether or not they could benefit the Indigo implementation.

Maintain System, Security and Integrity
- Reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes.
- Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses.
- Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels.
- Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies.
- Perform system back-ups

Data Quality, Migration and Maintenance
- Migrate data from older systems/processes into the Indigo Salesforce system.
- Import data as appropriate.
- Monitor and manage exception logs.
- Monitor and improve data quality.

Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance
- Create and maintain dashboards as required.
- Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance.
- Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Review and suggest process improvements within Indigo’s operational business that maybe required to drive increased service delivery performance

Competency: Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

- Proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator within a similar organisation (3 years).
- Field Service Lightning experience would be preferred.
- Experience in the Telecoms industry would be an advantage.
- Minimum Education level: Degree level or equivalent level qualification;
- Good PC and Microsoft Office skills especially Microsoft Excel, Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Good telephone manner and experience of dealing with difficult parties, both internal and external;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good organisational skills and able to work logically and problem solve;
- Able to manage own time effectively;
- Able to work on own initiative to recognise and implement positive changes within Indigo Telecom Group

**Working Environment**:

- The role will be office based at our Magor office/from home as required.
