Glass Collector

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable glass collector to join our team at The Captain Kidd, a Samuel Smith pub located in the heart of Wapping. This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone looking for summer work in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting glasses from tables and the bar area, and ensuring they are washed and sanitized in a timely manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the glass washing area.
- Checking glasses for cracks or chips and reporting any damage to management.
- Assisting with general cleaning duties as required, including sweeping, mopping and taking out the trash.
- Working closely with the bar and waiting staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Following all health and safety guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Experience not essential.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £7.11-£13.26 per hour
