Successful and long established manufacturer of plastic products based in Thurrock is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the Plant Manager

HOURS OF WORK 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary c£30K Dependent on Experience

Reporting to the Plant Manager.

**Key tasks & Activities**
- Month End KPI reporting - liaising with other departments and collating information
- Monthly Stock Reconciliation
- Managing and keeping external training records up to date
- Daily/Weekly information sharing with the customer
- Monthly payroll sheets - collating overtime, sickness, and other deductions
- Maintain local HR records
- Support HR when required - contracts, letters, note taking
- Raise Purchase Orders on SAP
- Answering queries and providing answers/solutions

**Who we are looking for ?**

Background and Experience
- 5+ years minimum of administrative experience
- Experience of working in an ever changing, fast paced environment.
- Manufacturing /FMCG advantageous
- Experience using SAP is advantageous
- HR Experience advantageous

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically proficient in Excel
- Must be analytical and excellent with numbers
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
- Confident in using multiple systems/channels

Interpersonal Skills
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Ability to find solutions and problem solve
- Build strong relationships with the team
- Flexibility and reliability are essential for this position.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational skills and job prioritization
- Confident communicator at all levels

A handover and full training will be delivered.

INDHIGH
