Mortgage Adviser

Due to continued growth and expansion we are pleased to be working in partnership with our **exciting, quality business partner in RUNCORN**, who require a competent and highly experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser for their Financial Services business to work in their vibrant office environment and from home periodically so youneed to be based within commuting distance to fulfill the role**
**The role**

Achieve and exceed mortgage and protection sales targets which involves handling an abundance of new enquiries on a daily basis, completing fact finds, providing advice and recommendation and then securing the business. It is essential that you have an abilityto work to targets and build excellent relations with the internal teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a quality mortgage broker business in conjunction with one of the UK’s leading mortgage brokers, Mortgage Advice Bureau. You will be working for an established mortgage broker firm who require a motivated individualto help drive sales in a rapidly growing market.

We are looking for a highly driven individual who is keen to learn and take on the challenge of advising within this business and in return they will provide a genuine, consistent flow of leads.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified and CAS
- Previous experience as a mortgage and protection adviser is highly essential, ideally 2+ years in a broker role
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner are essential
- Good written, oral communication and numeracy skills
