Caretaker

To create and maintain a quality standard of Caretaking and porterage services to the agreed specification within set time limits within a specific area.
**Main Duties**:

- Providing Planned and reactive maintenance support to the site, conducting PPMs and remedials.
- Conduct Janitorial duties including porterage, litter, waste disposal and handyman tasks as required
- Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest possible standard at all times.
- Adhere to company policies at all times.
- Ensure personal appearance, including uniform, are of the highest standard at all times in line with company policy.
- Provide support at other nearby locations on occasion.

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:
Must be a team player who is willing to work to strict deadlines and go above and beyond requirements when called to support.
