Capital Property & Construction Consultants Limited are a niche Multi-Disciplinary Property Consultancy practice based in North London. We are a young and energetic company with a hands-on approach to client care and delivery. Due to continued success and growth, we have an exciting new role to take ownership of developing & growing the company’s brand image.

Capital’s new state-of-the-art office space in Whetstone, North London (18 mins tube ride from Euston station) has been designed completely with staff in mind. **Key Responsibilities**:
The main duties and responsibilities of your post will be using your knowledge of current & future graphic design trends, combined with your exceptional skill set to develop the company brand image across standard company templates and reports, the web, social media & more.

Although the role will be based around graphic design there will be plenty of variety including site visits to take photographs, developing exciting & informative template and report packs & a variety of promotional materials across different platforms & channels.

Together with such other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be required by the business.

**Skills & Experiences**
- Minimum of 3 year’s graphic design experience
- A self-starter who can manage their own workload & priorities.
- Preference given to degree level qualification however, portfolio evidence being strongly considered with proven experience.
- Portfolio evidence of previous experience
- Technical knowledge and competence.
- A logical and practical mind with good oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Have a can-do approach to work and client care and excellent communication skills
- Possess demonstrable Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
