We are looking to recruit a Property Valuer to join our successful sales team This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a role within a busy and expanding local business.

We are leading Estate Agents in the local area, already have a successful team with a wealth of property knowledge and are opening a brand new office in Morecambe

We’re looking for someone with 12+ months experience in the property sector, ideally in a similar role or be able to show relevant skills and knowledge for the role.

Duties involved in the role will include:

- Visit properties and carry out market appraisals, providing accurate and competitive valuations
- Successfully convert market appraisals into instructions for the business
- Produce high quality listings with full floor plans, descriptions and photographs
- Ensure all legal requirements are checked
- Build and develop strong relationships with vendors

The role will be working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch, Saturday working on a rota basis with a day off during the week (Flexible working can be discussed at interview). This role will ideally be based in our new Morecambe office
