**Job Description**:
**Office Assistant Job Specification**
- Taking client enquires
- Answering client enquiries - sending out the appropriate documentation
- Recording the details on ZOHO
- Care consultation pack preparation
- New Client Checklist Completion
- Onboarding process for new clients
- Offboarding process for clients
- Taking calls from Care Pros and taking any necessary action
- Scanning all documents on to One Drive
- Client Communications - disseminating information to key players and Care Pros
- Arranging ACP family App for clients and families
- Client Cards/Care Pro birthdays management
- Client Leaving Procedure
- Management of Client and Staff Archiving
- Assist with the updating of People Planner
- Create ID cards for Care Pros
- Assisting the Office Manager as required

**Qualities**

***- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Able to use different software packages
- Highly organised
- Detail conscious
- Able to work under pressure
- Team Player
- Use of intitiative

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent IT Skills - ability to use various different softwares.
