As a JGW+ Youth Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding young people as they navigate their career and personal development journeys. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, informative, and interactive sessions to help youth participants achieve their goals, gain employability skills, and make informed decisions about their futures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct group classroom-based sessions with learners.
- Provide personalised support and guidance tailored to individual needs.
- Assist in developing and delivering bespoke engaging sessions.
- Mentor and motivate young people to set and achieve personal and professional goals.
- Deliver workshops on topics such as employability skills, resume writing, interview preparation, and financial literacy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
- Track and report on learner progress and outcomes.
- Support young people’s wellbeing by identifying and facilitating relevant enrichment sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working with young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or coaching youth
- Ability to develop course material.
- Knowledge of training industry e.g., youth employability programs and resources with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
