More detail about the role The Eastern Community Podiatry service are looking to recruit a Rota Co-Ordinator, based at Newcourt House, Exeter. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised individual to work in a busy, friendly team. Your role will be to co-ordinate complex Clinical rotas to meet the requirements of the Podiatry Service, across Exeter, East and Mid Devon, working closely with the Podiatry Business Manager and the Management team.

You will supervise a small Admin team and help to provide the Departments Administration Service, providing support to both the Admin and Clinical team, coordinating leave to ensure Clinical cover is maintained, and monitoring sick leave. It will also involve some telephone contact with patients and booking appointments. This post will require the day to day use of Epic (the Trusts computer system), including adding/amending templates, accessing data reports, and managing appointment bookings. The Podiatry Service is a busy Clinical service and we are looking for a proactive, flexible and committed individual, with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to deliver a patient-focused service.
