Who are we at Kingfishers cleaning? and what can we offer you in this new role?

We are a local, family run, cleaning company looking for another part time, reliable cleaner to join our amazing team of cleaners. we have had again seen signifigant growth and high demand and again we are looking to take on another cleaner.

The advertised role is mainly for regular domestic cleans, with your own regular customers weekly and bi weekly cleans, with the ocasional cover cleans on offer, we also have Airbnb cleans, deep cleans, end of tenancy and commercial cleans to fit around you.

Able to drive and access to a car is a must as you will be mainly working alone with your own regular clients.

We are a flexible company and like to fit around you as much as possible so hours can be discussed and can fit around the school run and other commitments.

Hourly rate varies for different jobs:

- Regular domestic cleaning minimum £10.50 per hour but genrely £11-£11.50 (these are regular weekly and bi-weekly cleans that you would do each time, and would keep your regular customers)
- Commercial cleaning up to £13 per hour (these tend to be offices and reception areas at businesses/ Airbnb's)
- Deep cleans & end of tenancy up to £15 per hour (these are longer one off cleans, spring cleans with deeper cleaning to include skirting boards and wood work and sometimes empty properties, these are less regular but good money at a set flat rate for the clean)

Most our cleans are Monday to Friday and we avoid weekends where possible, we occasionally have end of tenancy/ deep cleans at weekends but these are not compulsory.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: Up to £15.00 per hour
