Logistics Co-ordinator

- Process customer orders from start till end
- Organise and make plans with Freight Agents
- Process Basic Logistic Documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Purchase Orders
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business
- Fast-paced role where you cannot be afraid to be put in at the deep end
Competencies
- A highly motivated, positive, driven personality
- Well organised at prioritising and completing tasks
- Good Levels of written and spoken communication skills
- A real problem solver, constantly seeking solutions
- Able to work independently to complete objectives
Technical skills
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Previous Logistics Experience working with Freight Agents and Warehouses BUT not necessary/required

Past experience in trading environment would help to fit quickly into the office, but is not required as training is provided.
If you are a confident communicator and able to work off your own initiative, then this could be the perfect role for you.
