Customer Service Coordinator

Are you a driven, self-motivated Customer Service Coordinator looking for your next challenge?

One of UK's leading house builders have a requirement for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their established team based in Warrington to provide outstanding customer service to their customers in the new build housing market.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 4 days and within 10 days of receipt you will reply fully or advise on the next steps they and provide a date by which they will be able to respond in full and provide a complaint assessment and full response within 28 days.

Key experience required:
" Experience of Customer Care functions within a major construction or house building company.
" Track record of achieving & sustaining high customer satisfaction results.
" Good time management, ability to multitask and work within a pressurised environment.
" Knowledge of NHBC and other warranty provider requirements.
" Team player
