**HOURS**: Based on 5 days out of 7, including weekend work. FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS AVAILABLE

**LOCATION**: The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat

**SALARY: £10.42 - £11.42 per hour**

**About the role**:
Based in The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat in Templepatrick, as a Spa Attendant, you will interact and offer a high level of customer care to all visiting guests. Your role will involve making sure the changing areas are clean, stocked, and tidy for the arrival of our Spa guests, as well as assisting guests to their private tubs, explaining our Spa offerings, maximising sales and serving food & beverage.

Spa Opening Hours

Sunday to Friday | 8.00am - 9.00pm

Saturday | 8.00am - 8.00pm

with food served 12pm -4pm beverages served 12pm-8pm/9pm

**The Position**:
**The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to**:

- Offering a high level of consistent, friendly, and efficient care to all spa clients and visitors.
- Working with the Spa team to understand daily operations and ensure the required areas are prepared to facilitate a smooth and timely experience for all clients including the preparation of laundry and changing rooms.
- Carrying out front and back of house procedures as per the daily checklists.
- Servicing and cleaning all areas with a particular eye for detail.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage professionally and efficiently ensuring our guests have everything they need.

**The Person**:
**Applicants must**:

- Have a keen interest in the fitness or well-being industry.
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry with food & beverages (desirable).
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hold adequate IT skills.
- Have the ability to think ahead and to time-manage your day and movements.
- Be self-driven.
- Possess sound knowledge of the local area.
- Display a flexible work approach and be available to work early late and weekend shifts.
