THIS IS A FAST-PACED, HIGH ENERGY, DEMANDING ROLE THAT REQUIRES ACCURACY AND MULTITASKING

THE ROLE
- We are looking for true dog lovers to join our team
- You will be responsible for ensuring our high standards of customer service and animal welfare are met at all times.
- Your excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with customers and their pets on a daily basis.
- You will need to be confident with dogs of all shapes and sizes. You will be happy to help other team members / Students with difficult dogs.
- The maintaining of accommodation is essential and a large part of the role is cleaning.
- Routine is key and you must be able to be follow written and verbal instructions.
- You will be involved in ensuring our admin procedures are followed.
- You will be a key support for the management team and have a proactive approach to any projects or developments in the company.
- You will help with the administration of managing the daily running of the kennels.
- Working 5 days a week.

ABOUT YOU
- Experience is not essential but you must be qualified.
- You must be reliable and punctual.
- You'll be commercially aware and understand the importance of offering a high standard of service.
- You'll have a proven track record of delivering high standards in all aspects of your roles.
- You'll be a people person, have a real passion for pets as well as being a great team player.
- You'll be hungry to be part of a successful team and proactive in your approach to the role.

THE BENEFITS
- Between 0-30 hours a week across 5 days, including weekend work.
- National minimum wage:

- 23 and over = £10.42, 21 to 22 = £10.18, 18 to 20= £7.49, Under 18 = £5.28, Apprentice = £5.28
