**Responsibilities**:

- Work with kitchen staff to clean, prepare, and store kitchen equipment.
- Rinse and clean plates, pans & cutlery, stack in trays and pass through dishwasher
- Clear the pass of pans and used utensils and clean thoroughly.
- Basic food preparation - chopping, peeling according to the company's standards.
- Maintain floors, counters, and sinks in a clean and sanitary manner.
- Take all kitchen waste and packaging to bin area and ensure all kitchen refuse is securely placed in appropriate bin.
- Keep area outside kitchen, clean and clear of all hazards.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £7.50-£10.50 per hour
