- Managing and planning the daily workload of Drivers/Vehicles.
- Providing solutions for our customers.
- Performance management of the driver team to support their development and meet KPIs.
- Start to end supply chain compliance.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience of manging drivers and a busy fleet
- Good IT skills

- 5 GCSE’s C or above
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working under pressure
