**Salary**: Scale 5 / 6 - £27,789 - £32,772 (Subject to re-grade)
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: St Marks House, Thornaby
- In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the key recording system for operational policing - Niche Records Management System (RMS). As well as maintaining user accounts, templates, workflows and other administrative activities you will take a key role in the development and improvement of the usage of the system through liaising with business areas to meet local, national and legislative requirements.
- This post will provide the opportunity to be involved in projects where you will be able to make a real difference to the ways in which Cleveland Police carries out its work. A forthcoming project is for Digital Case File (DCF) which is a collaborative project, bringing together policing and criminal justice partners, and aims at achieving better experiences and justice outcomes for both the public and police officers. The project will;
- Make case file processes easier and quicker and allow forces and the CPS to share case information quickly and securely, simplifying the disclosure of evidence in court.

**Engagement Session (to be delivered via Microsoft TEAMS)**
- Interviews are scheduled to take place week commencing 25th March 2024.
