- **About a role**:_
- **PART-TIME ROLE - 20 HOURS**_
Our Night Receptionists are hardworking individuals who can work on their initiative and are key players in the front office team. This role is ideal for those with experience working in a customer-facing roles within the hospitality sector. However, we can provide training for individuals with quality customer service experience who can display a willingness to learn and a commitment to helping us to deliver our core standards and provide our guests with a great experience every time. Some of the essential tasks include:
- Running hotel night audit
- Checking in hotel guests
- Dealing with guest complaints
- Overall responsible for the hotel overnight
**Salary**
£10.50 per hour
