The Drumming Snipe in Mayford, Surrey, is recruiting for an experienced supervisor to work in our pub across restaurant, bar & host sections.

Duties will include:

- Food & drinks menu and product knowledge
- Excellent customer service
- Supervising junior staff
- Working closely with managers
- Maintaining and overseeing service standards
- Help provide training and development of the team
- Opening and closing procedures

Details & employee benefits:

- Salary negotiable depending on experience, £28,000 to £32,000 annually
- Average of 40-48 hours per week

We are looking for experienced restaurant and bar supervisors/shift leaders to join the front of house team, deliver excellent service and grow within our company, Brucan Pubs.

Salary available hourly or monthly depending on experience. £28,000 to £32,000.

The whole site is newly refurbished in 2020 and we are an independent, growing company that believes in empowering our staff to execute our company values to achieve guest and staff satisfaction.

Our restaurant & bar team are the face of the business and we are looking for a customer focused & friendly hospitality supervisor to deliver our great food & beverage.

We are looking for experienced supervisors in the bar & restaurant with the ability to multi task, organise junior staff and support the managers.

The owners of the business work alongside the operations team to provide full support and share their passion for hospitality, British cuisine, integrity & teamwork.
