Walnes Seeds are independent seed specialists and have been supplying seed to agriculture for over 80 years. Based in Suffolk processing both conventional & organic seeds, of a wide variety of species for delivery throughout the UK. With a purpose-built modern facility, we are able to combine experience with innovation to help our customers meet todays’ farming challenges.

The role will include all aspects related to the operation of our seed cleaning facility and small seed mixing plant. In addition, there will also be warehouse duties and some work as a delivery driver. Whilst not essential an agricultural/engineering background would be an advantage, but full training will be provided on & off site. Qualifications such as fork truck operator certificate, PA1 & PA11 would be advantageous but can be acquired during the training period. The role can require extended working hours during busy periods.
