Cheval Collection are recruiting a Bar Tender to join the team at their contemporary bar and lounge, The Register Club. This impressive venue, situated on the fourth floor of The Cheval Edinburgh Grand, offers cocktails and afternoon tea with separate event spaces that can accommodate up to 50 seated guests for dinner or 80 guests for a cocktail reception.
As a Bar Tender you will prepare a variety of beverages using an extensive range of ingredients, taking beverage orders from our guests and wait staff, ensuring beverages orders are prepared in a timely professional manner and that payment for the orders is collected. You will create a relaxed and welcoming environment, interacting with guests, making drink recommendations and creating bespoke drinks according to the guest’s preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining the bar’s beverage stock levels and you will have a high standard of cleanliness adhering to the deep cleaning rota.
