We're looking for an exceptional Production Manager to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of Chemical Production - including scale up and process improvement

If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.
- **The Role**:
As the Production Manager you will report to the Head of Engineering and will be primarily responsible for ownership of one or more chemical production processes and the associated production plant

In the job you'll be tasked with the implementation of a continuous improvement programme aimed at delivering operational efficiencies.

Finally, you'll also be tasked with commissioning new plant as processes become industrialised / orders increase.

You'll also need a recognised Qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar

Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of working in a highly regulated / safety conscious environment.
