Santa - Christmas 2024

**The Role**

To actively assume the role of Santa Claus to create lasting memories for families visiting our Christmas Wonderland whilst ensuring all measures are put into place to protect the health and safety of both customers and staff at all times as well as protecting the Christmas magic. Santa Claus is responsible for embodying the spirit of Christmas and bringing joy to children and families around the world. As the iconic figure associated with gift-giving during the holiday season, Santa plays a crucial role in creating magical experiences and spreading cheer.

This role is for Christmas 2024.
- Some acting, performing or experience assuming a different character is desirable
- A positive attitude with a welcoming smile is essential
- To have a love for Christmas and a willingness to protect the Christmas magic at all times
- Some experience in a similar setting will be beneficial however full training will be provided
- To be available to work regularly from November to Christmas Eve 2024.
- To want to spread the Christmas magic is essential
- Be able to attend one of the open interview dates in October 2024 (Dates TBC)
- Be available if successful to attend an induction and training day. To be confirmed at interview

**The Responsibilities**
- To consistently act in line with our company values and spreading the Christmas joy
- Ensuring all measures are put into place to protect all customers and staff within the Winter Wonderland experience and in the Santa Room
- Delivering a high standard of Christmas experience and following the scripts given to you
- Ensure all children leave with an appropriate present and a sprinkle of Christmas magic
- Treat all customers and colleagues in a respectful and attentive manner
- Reporting any Health and Safety concerns to the appropriate manager/supervisor Treating all company property, fixtures, fittings any issues immediately. machinery etc with respect and reporting Supporting other areas of the business when required
