Training Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring all training is identified, assigned and carried out across the business. This includes initial start-up training covering inductions, assigned learning/curriculums and any site-specific training dependant on an individual’s roles and responsibilities are set out in their job description.
- Guide new starters through the training process.
- Assignment of training/curriculums via internal systems.
- Co-ordinate New Training Curriculums with Function Leads.
- Ensuring all employees are Suitability Qualified and Experienced to undertake their role.
- Maintain a comprehensive training matrix, which records and tracks renewals dates.
- Understand role specific and site-specific training requirements.
- Track and record mandatory training.
- Remain the point of contact for training
- Record and Track data
- Responsible for coordinating with Functional Leads & Line Managers to prepare and maintain Role Specifications and Job Descriptions.
- Maintenance of the Role Specification/Job Description.

Producing Training Reports for the Business Unit.

Experience in a similar role.
