The main purpose of the Ecommerce Assistant is to support the Ecommerce Trade team to drive maximum net sales and operational efficiencies whilst ensuring brand integrity.

**The responsibilities of the Ecommerce Assistant. Could this be you?**
- Supporting the Ecommerce team with day-to-day management and optimisation of the Dermalogica UK and IE websites.
- Creating weekly trade reports, analysis of results & KPI's to highlight opportunities.
- General website maintenance including promotion set up, adding new products, changing content.
- Use website analytics to regularly remerchandise the website based on bestselling products & promotions.
- Working to ensure product launches run smoothly, regular monitoring & testing of the site's performance.
- Creating shopping basket rules and voucher codes in line with the trading/marketing calendar.
- Providing the wider Marketing team with competitor reviews and new ideas for website A/B testing.
- Work on key creative and development projects as required.
- Working within our company taskforces to help drive the business, implementing new ideas & working across the company.

**Do you have the below skills?**
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Very good attention to detail with an ability to spot errors.
- Highly organised and able to work on day-to-day tasks with little supervision.
- A positive, can-do attitude that works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of basic excel formulas.
- A good eye for creative design.
- An affinity with the Dermalogica brand and its values.
- Awareness of the skin care market and an ability to be reactive.
- Ability to take constructive feedback to accomplish overall department marketing objectives.
- Experience in using the Shopify platform advantageous (training provided).
