**Job Purpose**

We are looking for someone to join our Procurement team to take on the role of Procurement Specialist for EuroNoxx Medical Group.

This role represents a great opportunity for you to build strong relationships with a variety of diverse stakeholders within the UK and EU health and social care sector. There will be opportunities within this role to support key initiatives (e.g. health and social care staff recruitment, medical equipment, and surgical devices) in the UK and potentially additional European countries.

You will cover a range of services along with health sector specific categories and will be well versed in using a full range of public sector procurement processes and frameworks, engaging with stakeholders on a daily basis. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and at various levels of spend. You will be a self-starter and able to work without supervision. Recent knowledge of PCR 2015 and public sector procurement processes is essential.

You will ensure that along with meeting the organisations strategic objectives, value for money and public sector compliance are met. This will be an integral role, therefore you will require the ability to work autonomously and be self-sufficient.

**The role**:

- To lead defined portfolio of projects for goods and services with EuroNoxx Medical Group.
- Contract Management as required by the type of framework or contract arrangement.

Support the stages of the preparation for the tendering process including:

- Pre-tender information gathering.
- Pre-tender supplier meetings.
- Preparation for the tender process.

Key areas
- Experience of working on multiple procurement projects covering indirect spend in the NHS/Public Sector
- Experience of working on public sector procurement processes/using frameworks - ideally NHS
- Supplier management and contract negotiation/drafting
- Must be enthusiastic and extremely driven
- Effective stakeholder management
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- MCIPS Qualified - desirable

**Previous NHS procurement experience required**

**Who are you?**
- Hold a professional procurement qualification.
- Demonstrable experience within the Corporate/Clinical Categories.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyse and interpret data
- Working Knowledge of Public Procurement rules (E.U. Directives)
- Working knowledge of corporate governance arrangements and public procurement legislation
- Ability to receive complex data which require analysis and interpret for Care Groups.
- Experience of carrying out procurements from conception to evaluation and implementation.
- Experience in developing category strategies for corporate and clinical goods and services
