Due to continued growth we a have a fantastic vacancy for a Fleet Administrator to join our busy fleet department.
Working within a centralised administration team and reporting to the Group Sales Administrator and Group Fleet Manager, your key responsibilities will include;
- Maintaining vehicle stock records in an accurate and timely manner
- Invoicing all vehicle transactions
- Ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover
- Ensuring that all Government procedures with regards to taxing are adhered to
- Completion of warranty documentation for Used Cars
- Maintaining all stock files to the required standards
- Using the vehicle ordering system to process and prepare new cars to brand standards
- Transferring car records to the correct type
- Processing fleet orders
- Liaising with leasing companies
Motor trade experience is essential and experience in Fleet Administration would be beneficial.
Hours of work are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break.
