**Project Manager - 12 month Fixed Term Contract**

**Kettering**

**Hours - Monday to Friday Full time**

**Salary - £40-50k DOE**

Due to ambitious expansion plans, my Kettering based client is recruiting an experienced Project Manager on a fixed term contract (12 months). They are looking for a widely experienced, self-motivated & confident person who enjoys driving multiple projectsover the line, on time and within budget.

In addition, you will be tasked with an on-going portfolio of projects in accordance with the organisation's overall objectives. The portfolio will include projects that will vary in nature, scale & complexity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the full life cycle of a project, including but not limited to: creating the project plan, initiating the project, managing project delivery, managing the budget, ensuring delivery against an agreed time frame & project closure.
- Manage customer expectation & ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyse & manage project risk.
- Identify & manage project scope, expectations & goals.
- Ensure project controls are in place to achieve on time implementation with appropriate quality.
- Ensure financial performance against budget & demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of project finances.
- Work with the appropriate members of the company & their consultants to ensure the appropriate resources are assigned to the project to ensure delivery within agreed time frames.
- Prepare project updates, progress reports and presentations as & when required for internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Manage project risks/ issues & develop contingency & back-up plans.
- Responsible for change control & configuration management along the life cycle of a project.
- Responsible for project administration
- Capture project requirements for all relevant departments (e.g., Operations, Technical Support, IT etc.) to enable successful onboarding of all projects
- Create manifests for projects
