- , Machynlleth, Montgomeryshire, SY20 8SR- We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our cafe team. The Cook will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the centre’s café kitchen, including front of house.
- Supporting and overseeing volunteers (in coordination with the Head Cook, Catering Manager and DWC Volunteer Officer) to ensure visitors receive the highest level of customer service possible.
- Also, work with the Head Cook to develop and maintain an interesting menu for the Cafe based on local and Welsh produce. To maintain high standards of food hygiene and oversee all cleaning procedures. Work with the Head Cook to maintain this along with paperwork and stock levels, and to step in when the Head Cook is absent.
