Job Description*
Make your mark as Talent & Resourcing Officer at Gardline*
We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Talent & Resourcing Officer to join our busy HR Team on a permanent basis.
This position will work closely with Hiring Managers across the business as well as a range of external stakeholders including schools, colleges and universities to help inspire future talent. A pro-active attitude and the ability to adapt to varying workflow volumes along with being highly organised are a must
This role is based in our office at Great Yarmouth and applicants must possess a UK passport or valid right to work in the UK documentation.
**Your responsibilities include**:
Facilitate and develop the staff requisition process end to end including the development and maintenance of job descriptions, talent pools and recruitment campaigns including analysis and guidance on suggested pay ranges, managing and obtaining appropriate authorisation as required
Collaborate, support and guide recruiting managers on the development of job advertisements/campaigns, job descriptions, interview and selection
- Development and delivery of the onboarding of new recruits, including appropriate right to work checks and system set up and access
- Maintain and develop comprehensive job description database and repository
- Provide interview feedback (positive or negative), manage the offer of employment and pre-employment checks as well as subsequent requirements including issuing of contracts of employment, referencing and all relevant paperwork and documents from new starters
- Manage and develop the Gardline Careers site and other social media platforms in conjunction with the Communications Team to drive high levels of awareness and engagement
- Manage and coordinate talent initiatives including work experience, internships and talent development programs including those which are part of the Boskalis Group
- Coordinate and lead participation and attendance at career and job fairs etc to raise awareness of Gardline employer brand

Qualifications*
Your qualities*
You can make your mark as a Training and Competency Coordinator if you have:

- Proven experience as Resourcing Officer or Administrator / Talent Coordinator or similar role
- CIPD Level 3 or above or equivalent recognised qualification in Recruitment / Talent Management
- Working knowledge of Recruitment Systems and data bases
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload to ensure productivity
- High degree of professionalism and understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving
- Team spirit and a collaborative work ethic
- Ability to manage Internal and external stake holders
