**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant and bar during service times, functions, and events.
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience.
- Take accurate orders and deliver them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas for various functions and events.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Must be over 18 due to the sale of alcohol on the premises.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings (7am starts) and late finishes.
- Reliable transportation to and from work, as public transport may not be available during early or late shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
